Donation<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The charitable foundation Angels for Children is financed exclusively by donations. In doing so, administrative costs are kept as low as possible. With every donation, no matter how small, you therefore support the work of the foundation in Laos and thus contribute to the education of the children. All donations are used exclusively for the Foundation’s projects and the maintenance of the infrastructure. The Foundation is completely incorruptible in its work and does just as little the other way round in a country with rampant corruption. As a foundation with legal capacity under German civil law, we can issue a donation receipt. Contributions to the Foundation’s assets<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to \u00a74 of the Foundation’s Statutes, contributions to the Foundation’s assets are to be maintained permanently and undiminished. Income from the foundation’s assets can be used for current expenses in accordance with the foundation’s statutes. However, since the new version of the Foundation Act, all income and donations can only be used for tasks in accordance with the Foundation’s statutes once the real value of the basic assets has been secured. Please contact us in the case of large donations, gifts, dispositions in the event of death and inheritances to arrange a personal meeting.<\/p>\n

Donations to current account<\/strong><\/p>\n

Grants for financing investments, regularly recurring or one-time issues will carried out via a current account. These can be single donations or regularly recurring grants. The donated money will be used statutory as required or after the foundation council\u2019s decision, as long as you do not state an intended use. It is possible to issue a donation receipt.
