The foundation Angels for Children wants to sustainably break the vicious circle of poverty, poor education and unemployment. Therefore, the foundation is also committed to providing vocational training for students who have completed the lower secondary school in Ban Phang Heng. In cooperation with the Lao-German Technical College<\/a>, BHS Corrugated GmbH<\/a> and the \u00dcberbetriebliches Bildungszentrum in Ostbayern gGmbH,<\/a> the Recruitment and Training Programme (RTP)<\/a> was launched in 2015. In the RTP, after nine years of school, graduates are given the opportunity of free three-year vocational training as electricians (electric technician) or mechanics (general mechanic). Basic knowledge is imparted to the trainees at the Lao-German Technical College in Vientiane, while they learn specific technical knowledge during regular practical phases at Lao partner companies. The foundation Angels for Children supports the transition from school to vocational training.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
